When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the route and dates you are interested in, the number of passengers, and any notes you add. If you go on to book, we additionally collect the passenger details the airline requires in order to issue tickets.
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic server logs may record standard technical information such as IP address and browser type.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
To arrange travel we must pass passenger details to the operating airline and, where relevant, to global distribution systems, ticketing consolidators and payment processors. Airlines are also required to provide passenger data to border and security authorities in the countries you travel to and from. We share your information with these parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
Enquiries that do not become bookings are retained for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted. Booking records are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@airlinesgrouptravel.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those rights where they apply to you.
Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database available only to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Please do not send full payment card numbers by email or through the website form.
Agency status. Airlines Group Travel acts as an agent for the airlines and suppliers that provide your travel. We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any airline, and airline names and marks are used for identification only. The contract of carriage is between the passenger and the operating carrier, and that carrier's conditions of carriage and fare rules apply.
Quotes. Quotes are free, carry no obligation, and are valid only until the expiry date stated on them. Fares, taxes and surcharges are subject to change and to availability. A quoted price is not guaranteed until tickets are issued.
Deposits, names and payment. Group contracts carry deposit amounts, passenger-name deadlines, seat-release allowances and payment schedules set by the airline. These vary by carrier and route and will be set out in writing in your individual quote and contract before any payment is taken. Those written terms govern your booking.
Changes and cancellations. Amendments, name changes and cancellations are subject to the airline's rules and may incur charges. We will tell you what applies before any change is made.
Passports, visas and health. It is each passenger's responsibility to hold a valid passport and any visas, transit permits or health documentation required for their itinerary. We can point you to official sources, but we cannot be responsible for entry refused on documentation grounds.
Insurance. We strongly recommend that every passenger holds appropriate travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and disruption.
Liability. We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding or other acts or omissions of the operating carrier, nor for events outside our reasonable control.
